Help / FAQs
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, in order for you to view our full collections of Wedding Dresses and Bridal Accessories, an appointment needs to be pre-arranged. This is to ensure you receive full attention and enjoy a personal & private bridal shopping experience with us. Our bridal consultant will assist you in finding your perfect dress during your appointment, within a budget that suits you.
How far in advance should I start looking for my wedding dress?
It can take up to 9 months for your Bridal Dress to be made and arrive back in store. Alteration time needs to be considered also. Therefore, it is better to start looking sooner than later for your Bridal Gown. Some designers do offer a rush delivery time if you are short of time at an extra charge.
Can I wear make-up to my appointment?
We kindly ask you to refrain wearing make-up or bronzer when coming to our Bridal Shop. This is to ensure that our beautiful wedding dresses do not get stained.
Who can I bring to my appointment?
We recommend to either come to your appointment on your own, with a family member or one/two friends whose opinion you trust. At the end of the day it is your choice which Bridal Dress you fall in love with, too many opinions can make things a bit confusing and less enjoyable!
Do you offer an alteration service?
When your Wedding Dress arrives at our Bridal Shop, it may need alterations. We have a seamstress that we recommend, but you are free to use whomever you choose.
What sizes do you stock?
In our Bridal Shop, our sample Bridal Dresses start at size 8 and include a Plus Size range up to size 26.
Is there parking near your shop?
Yes, we have free ample parking outside the shop.
Can I take photographs during my appointment?
Unfortunately, we ask you to refrain from taking photographs/videos during the appointment.
