Terms of Sale for re-orderable gowns and sample gowns
Before placing an order for a gown with our suppliers, The Bridal Venue requires a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total order. When the dress is being collected, the remaining 50% is then payable. Due dates of the gown arriving in store is only an estimate.
All goods remain the property of The Bridal Venue until they are fully paid for and collected. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash. Once an order has been placed, the dress cannot be cancelled or changed to a different style. Changes to gown sizes cannot be facilitated due to weight gain or loss.
The Bridal Venue is happy to recommend alteration services for your gown. It is your responsibility to book an appointment with your chosen seamstress. All costs for alterations are between the customer and the seamstress. The Bridal Venue take no responsibility for alterations of the gown once it has left the shop.
If a gown is bought from the samples, please thoroughly check the dress before you purchase it. Unfortunately we do not accept returns/refunds despite any circumstance. It is the responsibility of the customer to dry clean the dress if needed.
No photographs are to be taken during your appointment.
